Gaia makes the best products hands down, but the reason I gave this particular supplement four stars is because you have to watch out... Resveratrol is a powerfully antioxidant and can be beneficial in so many ways, but after a month of taking this I was wondering why I was so devastatingly exhausted everyday and it didn't dawn on me until I did more research but resveratrol can raise progesterone levels exponentially. I had oily skin and started to break out, so so tired everyday, but couldn't sleep at night, and heavy swollen breasts... So pretty much the way you feel right before your cycle. With some research I figured out that this was the culprit! So unfortunately I won't be taking any more because I can't deal with the side effects, but Gaia makes quality supplements
