The media could not be loaded.  Super fun and really a great pastime activity or workout. My kids have became addicted by this boxing reflex ball, they are playing every day for at least one hour. I'm very happy because they found an useful activity, good for agility, focus and hand-eye coordonation. This way, they spend less time watching TV or playing video games :) And for me, it was the first time I used this training device which seems to be of good quality and great for improving reaction, boxing skills and calories burning.

Dollar for dollar, this just might be the best product I've ever purchased from Amazon. Really inexpensive and a great workout ! This is not easy to use, which is one of the things I love about it. Takes complete focus to use. I do a 45 minute workout with it. Great for hand/eye coordination. Definitely start with the black ball and get a good feel for it before trying the harder and faster red ball. My boys (23 and 21) love it too.

Product is fun for teens and above but wouldn't recommend for children under 10 years old. Maybe would be OK with face protection.

This thing is pretty cool. I got it improve my hand and eye coordination . at my , 62 , pretty tough but it works great. My wife and I share it.

Love this boxing equipment! It's a little difficult to get used to at first, but as long as you start with the black ball and small punches, until you get the rhythm, you should progress quickly. After a few days, I've progressed to the red ball. The material of the balls is soft so while it can come back and hit you, it's soft enough that it doesn't hurt. Only with the red ball you have to be more careful at the beginning until you get used with it, because it is a little bit harder than the black one. The headband adjusts very well, it fits me with no issue and I have a pretty large head. The logo of the headband looks like a professional product. I like that this boxing workout equipment comes with an instruction manual, which shows you all the training methods, including pictures. For an amateur who uses this product for the first time, I think it’s essential. The carrying bag its perfect to take with you anywhere you want to practice.

Great addition to the workout room. Unlike the dbl end bag this ball will tag you if you don’t get out off the way or punch it away.You know when you’ve made good contact with correct technique. I suggest start punch low then work the ball up. Remember it’s attached to your head so where you look has an effect. I did take a piece of velcro I had and a hole punch to make a second stronger strong connector.

The attaching part is a little weird but it's a pretty good little workout for hand eye cordination... it's like a paddle ball for adults lol entertaining and challenging

It constantly hits me in the eye and I'm not talking about the ball I'm talking about the string so asnit is impossible to stop it from doing so especially when your eye is supposed to be on the ball
