All in all, pretty great. But i was disappointed that this model -Q10 S - doesn’t come w the tank/trash(?) bin as pictured in the Amazon listing. (I assume that’s for the S+?) I’m keeping, though, as I’ve already mapped the house and fine-tuned the map. It vacs and mops great (be sure to wet your mop before you use that feature.) The vacuumed debris is on-board and is about the size of two decks of cards. Unfortunately, emptying it makes me sneeze, so I’ll have to wear a mask. Other than that, the vac itself is a marvel. Super smart, and you can customize your map. Just takes some learning. Would i buy again? No, I’d buy a model w the tank and dust bin.

Still in the honeymoon but works as advertised. Mop sometimes is streaky. Vacuum works great. Can see how upgraded models would be better.

The Roborock Q10 S5 is an absolutely excellent vac ' n mop robot vacuum. Unfortunately, I had to return it for a reason that might seem odd to many people. I have a bad back and am not supposed to lift over ten pounds, especially from floor level. Although the Q10 S5 is just slightly over ten pounds at 10.36 lb / 4.7 kg, it proved too heavy for me to lift up from floor level, and I hurt my back (it's fine now) once too many times....so I had to return it. I have spent hours online looking for a lightweight replacement with no luck. Other than all that, this is an excellent vacuum.

I love Roborock vacuums. BUT this one Q10 purchased October 2025 has very annoying issues. I have purchased four Roborocks and this is the first time I have had anything but praise for them. The issues: Emptying the bin is much more difficult than the other models. I constantly have to actually pull the debris out of the bin. Navigation- I run my Roborock daily and it consistently has issues finding the dock when it finishes. It also gets trapped in rooms I did not select for room cleaning. This is not a once in a while issue it is everyday. Because of this I cannot schedule it to run if I am not home. I have remapped several times to see if this fixes the issue. It doesn't. The default is mop and vacuum. Since I vacuum everyday and mop ever 3 or 4 days this is annoying. I irt would default to vacuum only and I could select mop and vac when needed. The good Suction is excellent. It cleans well as do the others I have purchased. I also have the Q5 Pro purchased January 2025 which I love. The Q7 Max was purchased November 2022. I was going to give this one to my dil but I may have to use it instead of the Q10.

Should have invested in a robot vacuum cleaner a long time ago, works great and learns quickly. Should have invested in the station model considering the dust bin and floor cleaner capacity are tiny.
