Would it work in the pool for an autistic child?

Yes, it has to be well seal before getting in to the pool to avoid liking.

Can team or club logos be applied to these bags?

Not sure. However, ask a printer that prints on plastic. They are truly water tight. The plastic seems printable but in an environment where they would be constantly wet or near water print might wear off. I think there are water resistant labels so that might work and labels could be replaced.
