Not helpful
I purchased this & a few other products of the same kind, to help strengthen my pelvic floor muscles, to control my overactive bladder/urge incontinence, which has gotten worse the farther away I get from my last dose of estrogen. I am in my late 60s, & have NOT been 'socially' active since a hysterectomy when I was 40. My problem is that the weights, no matter what shape, will not go inside. I've tried several times & often the result is pain and small amounts of blood. The providers of the product simply say "use more lubricant". It doesn't help. I'll probably have to check with either a urologist or a gynecologist to see if the problem is vaginal atrophy - which at my age is entirely possible. I CANNOT recommend any of the 'weights'.

Well constructed
These were well constructed and kind of did what they were designed to do. The only issue was they are way to lite, not heavy enough. Since I do not have the knowable of other women, possible if they are "loose", they may work better. Either way, the weight for my GF would need to be a lot heavier.

Cheap plastic already returned them and it cost me to do so. Don’t waste your money!!!
