Solvite Wallpaper Repair Adhesive Tube Ref 1574678

My peel and stick wallpaper was coming down. Not only is the wallpaper expensive, but the design is discontinued. I was able to water this glue down, paint it on to the wall and stick the wall paper back up. The wall paper has stayed even when I turn the ceiling fan on. Works as expected. And The wall didn't look or feel like it needed to be washed afterwards.

I recently replaced my kitchen boarder with adhesive wallpaper. Unfortunately, it didn’t adhere as well as expected especially at the seams and ends. I ordered this sealant to assist with the finished look. So far, it’s been marvelous holding up to the task. It was applied smoothly and easy to clean.

Went on ok, repair didn't last.

This product works well. I had some border that loosened above a hot water radiator. It took some patience and pressure but eventually my border stuck. Seams were quickly repaired. GREAT product.

Disappointed! I followed the instructions and purchased the recommended tools to help adhere the wall paper I had that was lifting. All of the corners are still lifted after using this product. It seemed easy to use but the results wee poor quality. Waste of my time. Very disappointed

Great product for some small wallpaper repairs. Would recommend.

Against all the best advise I installed Grahm & Brown Flo wallpaper in my small bathroom. As expected the seam started to open up because of the steam so I contacted G&B for a solution and they recommended Solvite. It worked great and has survived weeks of steamy bathroom. I did find it a bit thick so what worked for me was thinning it a little. I misted the paper and wall as far back as i could get then put a thin watered down coat ot the glue on the wall. I then pushed the paper into the glue and pulled it way to let it get tacky. After about 20 minutes I put a second thin coat on the wall and laid the paper nice and tight. Clean up the seam and its now rock solid to the wall. I wish the original wall paste was as tacky.

Did a great job , easy to apply as tube is a good size to hold in one hand . Adhesive came out at a steady pace and consistency meant no drips . Repair took no time at all .

This is perfect for wallpaper repairs.
