I bought this item based on the improper product description which is still incorrect. It’s not until you dig deep in the faq, or start reading the instructions, that you learn this freeze dryer is not a freeze dryer. And my window to return is closed. A very deceptive company! Very deceptive.

Dear Amazon, This item should be taken down. This is an obvious case of keyword stuffing by putting the words "freeze dryer" in the description of a dehydrator. It does not work as a lyophilizer as it uses heat and a fan not cold and a vacuum. Please stop lying to your customers.

This is a food dehydrator NOT a Freeze drier- they are two completely different items. For that reason I did not purchase. Do your homework kids!
