Poor design. Unlike most kitchen dish soap dispensers, where you can simply pull out the top nozzle part and refill from the top, this one requires you go under the sink, unscrew the plastic soap reservoir, fill it and screw back on. Not convenient, especially if you store cleaning products under your sink which would need to be pulled out to get to the dispenser.

Hands-down the best soap dispenser I’ve ever used. Look no further this is one of the most durable easy to use quality made affordable soap dispensers that I’ve ever found. I’ve tried maybe seven in the past 5 to 10 years and this one’s the best.

Works great, fits the hole left by the old spray handle great. The one drawback was the tightening ring was too narrow to clamp onto the sink I had, but was able to use a part from the old sprayer to amend the issue. Glad I didn't spend twice as much in the big box stores.

From the description I thought the spout was longer. It’s actually only a fraction longer than my existing one. It also sits quite low so getting your hand between it and the sink can be different. It’s good quality, especially for the price.

Exactly what I wanted and needed. Product is excellent and works great.

Never easy installing something behind a deep sink, but fairly straight forward. Easy to refill dispenser by just pulling up on pump. I liked this unit because the 4" spout reaches my sink whereas the standard (ie home depot) units are mostly 3.5" spouts.

The spring is a bit weak. Other than that it is woring fine
