Seem like excellent quality - deducted one star as at time of purchase details on Amazon didn't make it clear they use Rice flour as filler... hopefully not an issue for most people but I've found it isn't the best with my stomach issue. They do seem to be helping me keep my hyperthyroid in check as per my intended use so all good there.

Improved my mood within a few hours of my first dose. Recommended.
