I was trying to figure out why my tension was suddenly out and wack. Figured out my Bobbin Case was nicked and they won't work unless they're perfect. This bobbin came in 24 hours and worked seamlessly with my machine. Was very hesitant to get a none OEM part but I had an order I needed to get done asap and so glad to have had this part!I do agree with another reviewer that a white dot to help with perfect alignment would be an improvement. You have to ensure it is put in precisely and the OEM has the white dot to align.

I purchased this as a backup since these have to periodically be replaced. It arrived promptly. Unlike others, I have purchased this one was nicely packaged in a small plastic box for protection. However, it lacks the white dot that is used to align the case for installation. There is a tiny line in the plastic but it s difficult to see. For this part to work perfectly it needs to be set in exactly the right place and the white dot helps. If it had the alignment mark I would have given it a "5"

I have a Brother Innov-is 4500D Duetta embroidery machine and the embroidery specific bobbin case had been broken by the previous owner. I attempted to embroider with my regular bobbin case with awful results so I decided to just order a replacement. It took just over 3 weeks to get here from China (it still came within the expected delivery window) but it was well worth the wait - I put it right in my machine and it's embroidering beautifully with no adjustments. Doesn’t work properly
Although this Bobbin Case fits my machine it does not work properly and causes huge birds nests of thread sadly a waste of money
