Solid, my go-to snow shovel
Solid shovel and now it’s my go-to for winter. The 18-inch blade clears a lot of snow with each pass, so I finish faster, and it still feels easy to handle. Sturdy, reliable, and works great for sidewalks and driveway paths.

Ultimate Shovel for Michigan Winters
This shovel is a game-changer for my winter routine! In the past, clearing snow felt like an arduous chore, but now it's actually enjoyable. The ergonomic design and lightweight materials reduce the physical strain, while the efficient blade cuts through the snow like butter. I can easily clear my driveway and walkways in record time, without breaking a sweat.

Not bad, a little narrow
A bit narrow for my liking but overall I think the implementation of the second handle works pretty well. The demonstration is quite dramatic. Light enough and seems strong enough.

Good Choice for Northeastern Winters
I live on Lake Ontario, so get lake effect snow every year. I was in the middle of shoveling my driveway and my old shovel just snapped. This shovel had the best ratings out of what I was looking for; specifically, I wanted something with an extra handle because the slush at the end of my driveway (from plows) gets heavy. This is a good shovel! The blade width is good for me because it doesn't pick up enough snow to be unwieldy to push and pick up. I'm 5'3" so anything wider tends to pick up too much snow. It's lightweight but works well. It doesn't fold, but I've never needed a shovel to fold, so that's a moot point. The metal edge at the tip of the blade is very helpful for lighter and smaller chunks of ice. I also signed up for the warranty - I ended up having to call customer service because the website was acting up. It was easy to do and didn't take long at all.

It just works, Period!
This shovel works! Period. Make’s shoveling your driveway so much easier and faster due to the spring loaded two handle system. It actually helps you sling the snow further without any extra back strain or pain. Lightweight but very well built and even has a metal to protect the contact edge from damage. I wish I had this when I was a kid showing driveways for money, I would’ve made a fortune, well not quite, but this thing works. Would highly recommend for anyone with back pain or anyone that wants to make shoveling easier.

Be the Envy of the Neighborhood with this Shovel!
This is an excellent snow shovel that always gets compliments from my neighbors—every time I use it, someone asks where they can get one! The second handle is very ergonomic and really helps save my back when lifting and tossing snow. Sturdy, well-designed, and makes clearing snow much easier and more comfortable.

It is a back saver! But has some quality issues.....
Like the shovel, it is a back saver, HOWEVER, the metal blade is not well attached, it is crimped on, and came off after not much usage. I still use it without the metal, but the plastic shovel is slowly getting worn away with prolonged usage. I would recommend the manufacturer spend a few cents on some pop rivets and properly attach the metal edge, this would solve the issue. In my case the blade came off and couldn't be found until months later by which time the front edge of the shovel was slightly curved and the metal blade would no longer fit. IF you buy this, do yourself a favor and use a couple of 1/8 or 3/16 pop rivets, one on either side of the metal blade, this will prevent it from coming off and your shovel getting ruined.

Saves your back!
This is a great snow shovel. My only complaint is with the flimsy tie they provided for the second handle. I replaced it with a small bungee cord. Works lots better.

This is the best shovel I have ever owned, and it gets a lot of use. As I am older, I find that with this shovel, I am able to do my walkway with ease. I purchased a similar shovel a few years ago that was slightly smaller, and it was used so extensively that it became worn out.

First-use review. As Stompin' Tom sings, my back still aches but it's not as bad! So I'm in my fifties and lifting slush/end-of-driveway mess with our heavy 24" Costco-purchased push-shovel recently has SUCKED. This looked promising with a $23CAD pricepoint, rapid delivery, was easy to assemble, is lighter than expected, and feels reasonably robust. I got the 18" blade because I wanted end-of-driveway and slush to be as low effort as possible. And it works. I felt an immediate wave of purchase satisfaction on first use. I still feel a little lower back pain but nowhere NEAR what it was, and I don't need to take breaks to huff and puff nearly as much. Yes, it takes 1.5 to 2 times as many passes as my wider blade but I feel like it's only maybe 20% of the effort. Other reviews mention a too-aggressive angle/wear strip but out of the box I actually find it unsuitable for close scraping. This is good for lifting and first-pass clearing. I will still depend on my wide push blade for pavement scraping. At this pricepoint I don't mind that it's not a perfect all-in-one solution. I'd also agree with the reviews that mention this might not be great for vertically-endowed folks. I'm 5'8" and it feels just about right for me though. I will be careful to keep my purchase receipt and registration on file; the lower handle does feel like it might have a limited lifespan. On the other hand I'm grateful there's minimal unnecessary weight with an over-engineered mechanism. So I like the handling but I'm worried about the longevity of the secondary handle -- balancing those considerations I find the 5yr warranty for $11CAD a pretty good value. Purchased.

Very comfortable and easy to use.

Great shovel! I was unsure how it would do in heavy snowfalls but it’s great! Gets right down to the pavement and is easy to use - plus it saves your back and the strain of shovelling. Even better that we bought it on sale!

I've had this shovel for 4 winters. It's part of my collection of various other styles as they all have a different purpose. My intention was to use it for hoisting snow, as scooper or pusher type shovels don't lift well. This thing worked to my expectations. The metal wear blade came off after 4 uses, but since then I just use the plastic edge. The fulcrum action of the design works well for me and others in my family making chucking snow much easier. It's only now that I need to replace the shovel head as I've worn the plastic down. I'll see if I can find a compatible head, otherwise I'll have to buy a whole unit.
