I’ve tried so many different rash creams and ointments for my granddaughter and this ONE is hands down the BEST, don’t hesitate to try it. It does have a different smell but it works which is most important.

Even though it doesn't smell the best, it works the best. My son has never had diaper rash because of this. Everytime he started to get a little red down there, I used this and it went away. It's also great to use so that the poo wipes off easier.

I've been using Lansinoh lanolin often for the past 11 years. It's the only thing that will keep my lips, nostrils and hands from drying out and cracking in the wintertime. I apply before bed every night. I needed to resupply and thought I'd check Amazon to see if I could get more bang for my buck, and this lanolin delivered. Unfortunately, it also delivers a barnyard scent. I used to work on a dairy farm and drank raw milk daily. The smell of this lanolin is reminiscent of those days. I have a little nostalgic attachment to the aroma, which is the reason I'm not returning it. I've been using the Lansinoh on my face, and this lanolin on my hands, so the smell won't get to be too much. It works! My hands feel good, even if they don't smell very good. The texture is just like any other lanolin I've used. If I'd have known about the odor I'd probably have ordered a different one.

My son is almost 7 weeks old and he has had this stubborn diaper rash since he was about a week old. We have tried every cream/paste, did tons of air time, frequent changing with no wipes only mild soap & water and NOTHING was helping. Not even the antibiotic the doctor prescribed him. Tried this midday and it was gone by morning. I'm so happy I finally found something that worked for him.

Used it all but wish it was in a glass bottle.

My 5week old had a horrible diaper rash and I have tried so many zinc oxide creams and nothing worked as well as this cream! Redness gone after a few applications. Don’t spend money on all the expensive diaper creams! This product is affordable and works amazing.

The cream is impossible to use: dense and super sticky. Does not absorb. Has unpleasant smell. Do not recommend!
