A medic who is a family member recommended I take these. I have completed one jar and started another. I have found I have more energy; not crazy energy, but a more subtle increase. Very disappointed really, the capsules are half empty and it's really difficult to get the dose right. I used to buy those regularly and I could notice there was less powder in the capsules but not as much as now. I won't buy it again

Lo trovo un buon prodotto comodo da usare e un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo prendo alla sera prima di andare a letto perché mi capitava di avere dei crampi notturni alle gambe. Ora non so se sia tutto merito di questo integratore ma mi sono scomparsi. Quindi mi sento di consigliarlo.
