I do glad I purchased this refurbished iPad. It’s great having a spare iPad around when the grandkids arrive. Not scratched up and has great battery life.

Bought 5 months ago and kept in a case since it was for my 7 year old son. Took it out of its case to clean and inspect and it's literally bowed. Doesn't lay flat on a table. It's like a rocking horse. I've tried to contact the seller but no response yet.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER!!!!! I can't believe a third party company can sell you something that is obviously damaged and dangerous and not be responsible in replacing or fixing. A tablet should last more than 5 months. And I've always had great customer service through Amazon, but this time I am outraged at how I was treated. The customer service rep agreed this was very dangerous and should dispose of it immediately. Was told to take it and get it fixed (by Amazon) seller will not respond if past it's 90 days and Amazon said they don't have to. Well I took it in to my local ifixit and they said it was due to a faulty battery and the bowing was from gas leaking out of the battery. Also said could have exploded and burned my house down and or seriously injured my child. Personally I feel like a tablet should last longer than 5 months.

Easy to use, integrates with your other apple devices easily. Bright display, great for reading books on kindle or pdf files. Enough memory that it works decently well to watch shows or movies. Handles zoom calls pretty well. Holds a charge for several days. Excellent buy if you need functional tablet over fifteen different cameras on the newest ones.

I was a little afraid to order a renewed ipad but I couldn't afford a brand new one right now. It works perfectly, although it seems to lose battery fairly fast (though I'm on it constantly). I've had it now for quite a few months and it is still working just as well as it did when I got it. I won't hesitate next time to get another renewed product, as I'm happy with this one!

Looked in good condition but Might have just got a dud was a bit of an older one but it stopped working/ turning on after about a month of getting but the picture was great and was easy to use and screen worked just fine !

My iPad Air 2 128GB arrived quickly and well packaged in a generic Amazon Refurbished box. Included in the box was a genuine Apple Charger and generic charge cord. The iPad looked as if it was new: glass was flawless and the edges perfect with only the back, down near the bottom, showing a couple of pinhead sized nicks (almost non-noticeable). When booted up, the iPad went through the typical Apple, new iPad setup routine without any problems. The screen appears to be flawless with excellent color/clarity. The battery arrived with 78% charge. All buttons performed flawlessly and the operating system was was the next to last update. I performed an update and transferred my last backup from the icloud to this device with no issues. Battery life seems to be on par with a new one. So far, I have no complaints with this refurbed iPad; it performs and looks like it was new. For the price paid, it is a good bargain for my uses.

My daughter loves her iPad! Works like new, no problems.
