Man, I wish I knew about these things a decade ago. They make it easier for me to breathe; they're comfortable; they stay in even when I sneeze. About the only thing I don't like about them is the bright yellow color, but what the hey, kids can have their ear gauging, this is what I do.There are eight dilators in the pack, four different sizes. I am using one dilator; I can make seven friends now and we can bond over our dilated airways.I have found that I can wear this thing around the clock pretty comfortably, but after a few days my nostrils get dry and irritated. So sometimes, do take the thing out for a few hours so your nostrils can recover. Also maybe use some Ayr to soothe your nostrils.EDIT - after a month of use, my recommendation is, use the thing at night, but not during waking hours. The dilator will prop your nostrils open when you really need it to, without significantly irritating your nostrils. Bonus, it also trains your nostrils to stay open even without the dilator; sometimes I forget to put it in but still sleep well.One other hazard of wearing it all the time: it tends to trap moisture under my nose, which irritates the skin. But again, if you wear it only at night, it isn't a problem. I can find no downsides to reserving the dilator for nighttime use; I even keep it in my eyeglass case so it's a practical way to not lose it.

strong rubber smell but seems to work okay. i do like that there was different sizes to choose from.

Does not prevent snoring

This is the best so far. I wish I could add an extra half star. These are smooth all around. They do not pinch like others do. The medium is great. The large is too long. Even if you are a big person, the length of your nose won’t change much. Even the medium ones don’t fit all the way.
