Skagen Mens Smartwatch with Leather Strap SKT1306

I am very happy with this watch. It matches the picture in real life. It works as a step counter without looking like one. And I have also discovered you can take pictures with your phone using one of the side buttons on the watch.

A mix of old school and new. Good to look at, draws attention to you, does the job its meant to do (tell the time and give relevant notifications).Having owned a complete smartwatch before, I can not express how frustrating it gets after a while to have another extra thing to charge daily and receive every notification possible.This hybrid watch is way better as you no constantly lighting up watch face for notifications or when you turn your wrist.Loving it so far.

Very light and looks nice. However, it is NOT the same blue as the pictures. Advertising pictures make it look like a super vibrant blue, but in reality it's closer to grey or a very dull and dark blue. It still looks nice, but that is quite a mark down, as the colour was the main reason why I chose this watch. Had i known how dull it really is, i would have chosen something else.Also when I received it, I noticed a small mark or imperfection of some kind under the glass. This is visible in the third photo underneath the 12 point.-Something I've noticed after wearing it a bit is that the hour markers are luminous, but the hands are not. What this means is that you can see the watch face in darkness, but not the time. Which to me seems like a rather odd design choice that goes against the entire purpose of luminescence. I guess it's useful for if you're looking for the watch in a dark room maybe? I've added a picture to show the lume.The alarm feature is fantastic though, the best alarm I've ever had. While its not as effective as a regular alarm at making sure you wake up, it is far less jarring and more comfortable to wake up to.

Until this month (Sep) it was all going so well - then the Skagen app gave me low battery warnings. The battery wasn't low - I measured it. I replaced it though with a fresh one. Now the time shown is 30 minutes out!Amazon tell me I have to seek help from Watches2 U. They tell me to ring Fossil! Tech help. They tell me I mustn't use the Skagen app - I must use the Fossil app. So I spend more time on it, but it won't pair with either app.Fossil phone line is down for "training". I give up. It's being returned to Amazon today.A shame really because it looks good and when it was working it was fine - except for too low vibration signal.

Watch looks ginormous on my slender wrist, it’s not the diameter as such but the thickness I had to send it back after trying it on.
