I don't know why anyone would return this. I had one that has lasted 2 years, bought them because there are not many like it to choose from. Bright and colorful as it should be. I loved them so much, I ordered 2 more. Others must have never made one, I have. It is well worth 20.00 When a strip comes undone, it's easy to fix. You just tie it back in place. It's a statement piece! You just put it in a low traffic place to add color. I love all of mine... They are all unique and hand knotted. A piece of artwork really. Everybody sees it when they come inside and loves it. It can brighten up any space if you put it in a place where there's no traffic. I would never use it like rugs you clean your feet on. It's far more impressive as artwork.I got my 2 more today and they were beautiful too. Maybe even more beautiful than the first 2. They are all unique in their own way. I loved them all. Thank you to the ones who make these rugs!

Brightens the kitchen.

Love the multi colors. Smaller than expected. I should have measured. Put in front of my fridge and under a small table. Very vibrant and the dogs love to sleep on them as they are soft and silky. The strips are coming off the rug easily so I just keep throwing them away but the rug stills looks full. Im afraid to wash them as I might lose all the strips!

I used this as a snuffle mat for my dog. If using for this purpose just drop the kibble/treats on it and let your dog sniff around. Be aware the fabric strips are thin, and if you have a puppy like me, do not leave unattended. He ripped up some of it pretty easily. I assume if used for it's intended purpose it would be nice for a room where it's not going to be used to wipe your feet as the fabric is a little on the delicate side.

The white material isn't cloth. It is dryer fabric softener sheet material. The cloth pieces aren't even loop tied. Poor quality product.

Okay, so I was on the fence about ordering this after reading some bad reviews, and especially since I was having it shipped all the way down to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and returning was not going to be an option. That said, I bought it anyway, and I think some of the reviews are deceptive when they show "empty weaved rug space". The rug is certainly unique and you have to let the flatness of being packaged, wear off. You need to shake it out a little bit and run your hands back and forth and up and down, and viola - it goes from great...to amazing! My rug came very similar to what is pictured in the multi-color rainbow shag and I could not be more pleased. The quality looks and feels incredible...I would definitely purchase again, AND I think the price is worth it.
