Works
The quality is questionable. The top cap popped off and its basically a tube with a bunch of glue pumped in. The cylinder is much wider than the original. If they didn't use so much glue, they could probably make it a bit shorter and slimmer than it is currently. It worked though!

Affordable perfect replacement
Replaced same part on 15 year old Craftsman grinder. Much much cheaper than anywhere else and worked perfectly.

WRONG SPECS
What a disappointmentThis item comes from China. It takes about 12 days to get it. It is 6 inches long and 4 inches in circumference I am returning it. I need a cap the size of a C cell battery NOT THIS!!!

Did not fix my grinder, had a winding problem so set it to the side to make the grinder a boat anchor.
