Excellent quality!!!
The media could not be loaded. I expected this to be a little smaller than it was but I'm happy it is the size that it is. When the blade is deployed it is a proper karambit size and because of the way The cutting edge is oriented on a karambit you don't have to worry about this ever closing on your hand. Not that that would be a problem anyway because this is spring assisted. Very easy to deploy this blade from its closed position to the open position. It locks in place very firmly. Also the retention of the spring keeps it in its shut position so it's safe in your pocket you cannot flick it open. This knife is incredibly Sharp, I know you will hear that from knife reviews but I am telling you that this thing WANTS to cut. There are a variety of different style options.I would have paid $40 for this and been happy, it's a steal at 20$.This is not carelessly thrown together or cheaply made. The design of this karambit is pure function. Everything from the way the belt clip is positioned to the way it is deployed and the position of the finger ring. Whoever designed this knew what they were doing and you should own one so do yourself a favor and buy one or a couple. It comes in a very nice box with a cut out foam insert to put your blade in when you want to store it. This would make a great gift to yourself or to someone else.

Awesome knife!
Quality is good and functions perfectly! Has some weight to it also which is nice! I use this knife everyday at work so the blade does tend to dull faster than normal.

You may have to get a tiny star hex wrench and tighten the screws from time to time (2x a year)
I bought one of these karambit knives, because I am a chef, so I always have to break into boxes to open up the mountains of food that we order. I liked it so much, I bought two more! You can see which knife is old and which two are new, in the picture!I love the feel of the knife in your hand, whether you slip your pinky in the hole for a better grip, or not.“Ergonomic” is the word ‘o the day, and this puppy is dripping with it!It cuts like a razor, has a fine point, easy to handle, locks in place, esasy to open, and it feels like an extention of your hand, so you can get into small corners and other detail work, with ease. It’s durable, too!

Cool knife with more fidgety-ness than function
The Albatross spring-assisted karambit knife is a cool piece of kit despite its limited functionality. There's something very satisfying about that snappy, clacky blade that makes the knife fun-city. It reminds me of how Rice Crispies sound when you add milk (snap, crackle, pop!) Plus, it's wicked-looking - enough so that in a self-defense situation, the looks alone could scare away your attacker (well, maybe). The blade arrived laser-sharp, shredding several unsuspecting sheets of paper - again and again. On the downside, it's a heavy beast, actually more than I'd typically want to carry (I did, but not for long). Eventually, it made its way into one of my car-truck survival kits. The other downer is that being made in China, its available in a dozen brand names, and unfortunately, for as much as $5 less than I paid - for the same knife. However, that said, if you don't have one, it's a fun and, overall, cheap addition to the collection. Would I buy it again? Probably not. Am I glad I bought it? Absolutely yes!

A good knife with a peculiar origin
This knife is simplistic, well made, and has a very fast opening mechanism. The blue version is quite nice. Concerning those who have qualms on the screws becoming loosened over time; an effective means to prevent the small 6-point screws from being unfastened (which do require a special security screwdriver) is to dab super-glue on them, ensuring that the adhesive enters into the screw seams in the handle and bonds it, then cleaning the excess. What is interesting to point out about the knife, is its manufacturer and its many distributors (you can search Amazon to verify) - there are multiple companies that sell this exact same knife but with their 'brand' on the blade - MTECH USA, Tac-Force, SHUBHADA, Snake Eye Tactical and Andux all sell the same model knife.Even though it may be seem mass produced and retailed by many companies, its actually a really good product whose quality is great for its price.

It's super sharp. I've sliced my fingers a couple times while at work.

Great EDC knife!
It's a very lightweight, sturdy knife, it's great deal for the Damascus steel blade and has a nice brand engraving on the blade. Perfect size if you have big hands but small enough to carry in a pocket daily. I am able to open and close the blade with one hand, the blade opens automatically and this feature works very fast. most importantly this blade is sharp and is a very lethal self defense weapon.

Impressive
The media could not be loaded. I wasn't sure what to think about this knife as I've never bought or heard of the brand / company albatross. Come to find out it is a decent and functioning knife / tool great for everyday carry or self-defense. 440 a stainless steel offers good corrosion protection and high tensile straight. Aluminum backing is a wonderful aesthetic feature thumb studs and rear opening point along with assisted opening. Give this knife a shot. impressive.
