I have tried using various kinds of ground-up peppers to spice up my home-made Pad Kee Mao, and nothing comes close to this perfection! Perfect flavor complement, and good heat without requiring me to add large quantities. This is also excellent when I want to add a bit more heat to other dishes or even take-out.After using it a few times, my son bought his own to take to college!

Not all that hot but great flavor. It can be used in a lot of things. I put in fresh and jarred salsa, compound butter, steak, and veggies. 4 stars only because I love really hot peppers.

Originally bought this to make my own pad thai/pad kee mao, and it was delicious! Since then I've added it to Japanese curry, asian noodles, even a fresh lime salad and it was all absolutely bang on delicious! It's the right amount of heat, and you can add as little or as much as you want. I find myself personally being heavy handed with it but I love that even a little sprinkle can bring a tiny kick. It's very flavorful, and not at all just spice that makes your tongue miserable for the sake of just being on fire. I don't know how they can pack this much flavor but it's a different flavor of spice than your regular hot chili pepper flakes, it has more depth that I can't explain. Definitely a good buy! Not sure if it's worth the current price of $14 though, that's a bit steep.

Very tasty! I sprinkle on my steaks and it tastes delicious. A must have for sure.
