Top Notch Customer Service
Worked great for around 7 months. After my initial review the company reached out to me and offered a full refund, their customer service earned the rest of the stars!

Review of Innogear and similar competitor model
So I purchased these in warm white as well as the NeckTech warm white lights and overall these are the better warm white color, IMO. The light is mostly a 3000 warm white hue, whereas the NeckTech brand emits an almost yellow green hue that is not particularly flattering on thr cream colored siding of my home. This brand emits a nice warm hue but the light is not nearly as bright or strong as the NeckTech brand. They come on before dawn and do not last past midnight. The NeckTech brand comes on just as it begins to get dark and they stay lit until about two in the morning. This is important to me since I purchased these for aesthetics but also for security as they shine on my back windows to keep the darker rear side of my home nicely lit up and bright. I purchased 3 sets of these and 4 sets of the NeckTech brand in warm white. Note that I tried these Innogear in the bright white color, and they are that ice blue hue colored light, so if that's not the look you want then stick with warm white. If you are looking to use these for close-up spot lights on your home I think these are the best choice of the two brands I have tried. If you are looking to use these as a spot light that shines a distance, such as to light up a tall tree or to drill into your house and shine down a driveway or pathway, or perhaps to light up a dark backyard, garage or pool area, and you don't mind the yellowish green hue, would opt for the NeckTech brand as they are much brighter and shine at more of a distance. Note in my photos I am using the Innogear whiter looking lights in the front and the yellow green shade Nechteck lights on the side, since they shine brightest and light up my property from the garden mulch all the way to the roof fascia. Both are a great deal but the Innogear lights are priced less and they have two settings - a dim and a bright setting. Both brands have the same features, are the same size, and have the same mobility. The only real differences are the hue of the light bulbs, the time they turn on & how king they stay lit, and the brightness and distance of the light. I'm happy with each brand for different reasons but gave Innogear only 4 stars, reducing one because they aren't as bright and do not stay lit for more than 5-6 hours after a bright and sunny day. Do note that your results may vary if you live in a state with more or less UV Sunrays. I'm in Maryland and we get about 4-5 hours of power producing sun so that powers these guys for about 5-6 hours. If you get more UV ray sunlight on your average summer day, they may stay lit longer.

Best Solar Yard Light
Best Solar Yard Light. I have bought at least 5 different solar yard lights. Some were purchased on Amazon (see my other reviews) and some at Lowes and Home Depot. Most solar yard lights fall into one of two categories, the cheapo lights powered by a single AAA or AA rechargeable battery. Usually such battery is 1.2 volts. These lights run $5.00 to $20.00 but have very little power. Such lights can mark a path on the ground but can't uplight a palm tree. On the other end of the spectrum are solar lights with 18650 Lithium Ion batteries, which kick out 3.7 Volts and have more amps. These higher power solar lights usually run $35.00 to $50.00 each on both Amazon and big box stories. The 3.7 volt LED lights I bought 2 year ago were heavy, over $40.00 each, and came in all metal housings. Those lights were rated at under 100 lumens. The InnoGear blows every other solar light I have previously purchased away in terms of brightness. On the low setting its is equal to its competitors full power setting. When set to full power the InnoGear blows the competition away. This light is incredibly efficient cranking out so much output from the 3.7 volt power source. I have not seen any solar yard light this bright. Solar even with this great product is still a trade off. These lights are not as bright as low voltage. Of the solar lights I bought 2 years ago, of those that were regularly rained on and hit with sprinkler water, half died within 18 months of use and three quarters were dead at 24 months. Wired Low Voltage has a much higher costs in terms of lighting price and installation but it is once and done. Solar lights are much less durable. Solar screens (panels) get cloudy and fail, and rechargeable batteries last 8 to 24 months. With solar you will need to replace both batteries and whole lights on an ongoing basis. This is a day one review. Will update to see how these lights fare over time. With these caveats, if you are going to choose solar over low voltage this light is can't be touched even for twice the price. I am buying more of them.

Defective Product - lights dead in 3 months
This product is defective and does not work. I had bought 4 lights in Nov 2024 and all of them turned out to be bad. After about three months of purchase, one or two bulbs did not turn on in each light. Now in all the 4 lights, at least two bulbs have gone bad. The light is also of poor quality. I live in Florida and get 8-10 hours of sunlight. So, there cannot be any issue of not charging. Most unfortunate part is Customer Service. I tried to point to Manufacturer's warranty but they would not take any responsibility. Instead they would treat me like a cheat. I am copying below the language from the e-mail that I have received. It is very important that potential customers should know the harassment that they will have to go through. I will recommend not to waste your money in buying this product as you will be just throwing your money. I will also file a complaint with Amazon that this product was sold under false advertising. This product will not last for more than 3 months but was sold as it will last for 3 years. Please read the important contents of the e-mail that I had received from customer service to judge for yourself if you would like to go through this hassle. Exact quote from the e-mail: "Could you please follow these troubleshooting steps to try and fix the lights? If they still don't work properly, we will send you new lights to 8908 address. Please kindly provide us with the number of lights that are still not working and the CODE number on the back of the solar panel (the fifth line). 1. Choose a proper position. 1) Avoid installation locations with any obstructions that may shade or block the sun's rays during the day. The location needs to be away from light obstructions such as buildings, trees, fences, bushes, or the shadows that these create. 2) Ensure that they are installed away from other light sources. If the solar lights are located near other light sources, the sensor may be triggered incorrectly, thinking that it is still daytime and preventing the lights from turning on. 3) DO NOT leave the solar panel close to the light bulbs on the same light; pull it a bit away. 2. Check for the switch button. Make sure the light is turned on: Take it into a dark room or cover the solar panel completely to test. Press the ON/OFF button a few times: (1) One press for weak light mode. (2) Another press for strong light mode. (3) A third press will turn off the light. 3. Clean the solar panel. (1) Clean the solar panel with a damp towel. DO NOT use any type of solvent for cleaning and be careful not to put too much pressure on the module while cleaning. (2) Wait for a sunny day and place the light in an unobstructed spot where it can receive direct sunlight for about 48 hours. 4. Reset and activation. (This step has successfully fixed the issue for many customers.) The batteries in the lights may become depleted, and the control IC may become inactive. (1) Take out the battery for about 30 minutes and reposition it to ensure that the battery is securely in place; screw the solar panel back on tightly. (There are four screws on the solar panel and they can be unscrewed to open it up.) (2) Shine a flashlight briefly on the solar panels so that they can receive the signal they need to start working again. In this step, please kindly also take a photo of the battery and wiring inside. This will help us identify where the issue might be. Thank you so much!" Even before the e-mail, I had tried everything to make the lights work. But to no consequence.

Dim and short operation
It does work, but even on high it has a very small coverage area. I bought it to light a Christmas decoration (replacing a corded spotlight that a delivery person stepped on) hoping a solar light would be more convenient. Unfortunately, even at just 3’ away it barely lit the item. The brightness level is only adequate for a couple hours, then it rapidly starts to dim and is totally dead after 4-5 hours. I gave it a week, but I ended up buying a corded light again. Pretty much useless.

Solar panel is nice so I don't have to use electricity to power a light located at curb.
Exactly what I needed. Very nice that the angle of the solar panel is adjustable as well as the light. The light can be put in high or low light intensity mode or off. The blue light is very pretty. Easy to use to light up my curbside mailbox so drivers can see the mailbox. Delivery was fast with zero delays.
