Installed two fixtures in my double sink bathroom. The fixture seems well built and there are no leaks. Installation was easy - the hoses were *just* long enough. The only problem is the noise the fixtures make when mixing hot + cold. The noise is bearable when fully on hot or fully on cold, but the hot/cold mix is LOUD. I sometimes mistake the sound of the faucet for someone taking a shower. I'm considering replacing them for this reason alone.

This faucet requires a hole larger than the 1.25 inch opening in my sink top. I used a Dremel to open the hole up, and it didn't take too long, but depending upon the material you're working with, it could be a difficult problem. Once I got past that, the installation was very easy, and the quality seems quite good for the most part. The only issue is that the handle sticks a bit when you turn the water on, so you pull a little harder and suddenly find the tap is on full force and splashing out of the sink. It has loosened up a tiny bit over time, but it still is not very good. I added a star, because I contacted the seller about the problem and they promptly sent me a new faucet that operates much more smoothly than the original one did. It's still not "silky" smooth like some other faucets I have installed (and which cost at least 3 times as much), but it is worth 4 stars, and the customer service is worth 5 stars.

Like the look, easy install. The spout is a bit short. If the holes for the faucet are further away from the basin, the water may drip on the countertop as you turning off the faucet.

Talk about great value for the money. A solid brass construction and smooth operation, all for less than $30. These fabulous choices we have on Amazon allows us to experience these great value deals, as opposed to the same expensive options at the big box stores due to limited shelf space. Shame on you Moen et al for overcharging on your products when it's obvious there is profit to be made on selling lower cost quality product.

High quality faucet which fit a small sink perfectly. Fyi, it worked great as is but I changed the aerator to a 0.5 GPM and in the tiny sink on full force water did not splash.
