I need a replacement power brush

you need to put a nickel in the slot, and turn counter clockwise about 1/4 turn. you have to press hard. you have to jiggle it, move it around, and then the 2" piece of plastic comes off. Then you can pull the roller out and clean all the hair and whatever else is binding it.
