I had looked at organizers for my closet for some time. Most were very expensive and especially if you wanted drawers and an other finish besides white. These were a great find and cost less than any others I found. The drawers close like a premium set and feel very sturdy. The Assembly was long, but Im sure thats with any closet organizer. I had to cut my rods to fit, so you may need a power saw, but it allowed me to customize it better. I have a sliding door closet so I could not have the drawers in the middle, as they would not open. I would advise that when you attach rods you put them back a bit from the front. The directions make you think you put on the front. f you do your clothes will hang out to much so place rod about a quarter back from front when assembling.

Honestly, for the price, it's not bad. Everything lined up okay and went together easy enough, but on top of it being super rickety, too tall for my closet and actually supposed to be assembled with a cardboard backing, I wasn't particularly happy with that. I cut the bottom off and braced the cabinets with 1"x4" braces in the back, then sheeted the back with plywood. I used some left over laminate flooring for the open cubby and added a light. I mounted it to the wall to make it a floating piece which makes it seem like a more expensive piece, and makes it easier to fit in my closet.It is what it is...it's cheap and probably won't last forever, but if you add your own mods to it, it could be okay.

Everything you need including detailed instructions was included in the package. The only negative aspect was the less than average quality of the top shelves...I ended up purchasing additional better quality shelves. Be sure to place the bottom fixed shelve at the correct holes or all the drawers will not fit.

Title: Disappointed by Customer ServiceI was initially thrilled with my closet organizer. It offered great design and functionality, making my space look so much more organized. However, my experience took a nosedive when I discovered that one of the smaller additional drawers was missing its sliders and hardware.Instead of addressing my issue by sending the missing parts, the seller insisted that I return the entire organizer. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since I’ve already installed it and don’t want to go through the hassle of disassembling everything just to fix one small issue.While I love the product itself, the lack of support for an easily fixable problem has left me very disappointed. I expected better from a company that seems committed to customer satisfaction. If you're considering purchasing this organizer, just be aware that customer service may not live up to your expectations.I am unable to complete this organizer to my expectations because I’m missing these pieces. I also received drawer faces that have slight damages to them I had to touchup, that wasn’t a major concern initially but now I’m upset with how this situation was handled.I love this organizer but not how this easy solution could have been resolved without the major work involved for both parties to have it returned.Now I will have to spend additional money to complete my drawer.I do not recommend purchasing this organizer from this seller or at least check to make sure you have all the pieces first.

if you’re not a handy man/woman, then you might want to hire somebody to install this. I did it myself and it looks pretty good, but I could definitely see somebody messing up some walls. Overall, it’s a good product and added tons of space to our small closet.

The pieces are nice, clean, and look like grey wood exactly like in the pictures. I modified the instructions a little by not installing the rod on the left side (I built the 2 right rods) to fit in my small closet, and it looks great. The extra pieces made it look really good. ONE note - you will need something to cut the long boards to fit your closet exactly! Recommended and would buy again for my next apartment! All pieces came secured and intact.

I love the look and color. The box came busted up but thankfully nothing was chipped or damaged. The only true negative thing is 1 of the drawer tracks doesn't work. I put this is my newborns room and I think I might just have to take the drawer out since it doesn't stay on the track. It falls off every time I open it. We uninstalled and reinstalled this drawer but it didn't do any good. I got this closet because of the multiple storage drawers but might be one down. Other than that it is a nice closet.
