I love this product for taking off tough eye makeup. It melts it right off yet is very gentle on your eyes.

This cleansing balm removes all of my makeup, leaving no trace on my white washcloths. After using, my (mature) skin feels soft, smooth, and moisturized. It is my favorite of the three L'Occitane Immortelle products I recently purchased (others were the foaming cleanser and the face cream).
