QUALITY NOT QUANTITY!!!
HALIBUT IS ONE OF MY FAVOURITE FISH AND YOU CAN`T GET IT FRESH NOWADAYS... SO THIS IS A TREAT TO FIND; BEAUTIFUL TASTE AND EXQUISITELY DONE. AMAZING PRODUCT!

Delicious, well-prepared and well shipped
Having lived in Spain and enjoyed it there, I've often got fed up with the lack of smoked, sliced, white fish in the UK. This has partially solved the problem. While I wish someone in the UK could supply 'bacalao ahumado' (basically, cod prepared in the same way as smoked salmon or smoked trout - thinly sliced, pearlescent, served cold, sold in flat vaccum packs), this halibut was excellent. Perhaps a touch too salty, hence one star missing. But tender, full of flavour, and halibut is the king of fish anyway! Recommended!
