simple & effective.
We bought these to keep birds off the conservatory roof. They work a treat and so far and have kept the blighters at bay.Mounted on a DIY stand made from 15mm copper tube, - which means nothing is fixed to the building itself. Why do I mention this? -the supplied vertical clip fits the 15mm tubing perfectly. There's also a dibber affair for placing in plant pots and so on.You will have to assemble these, they come in a kind of flatpack.Very easy once you have completed one of them.

Sparking Reflections
I am not sure how much the pigeons will be scared, but rotating fans make a lot of sparking reflections in my yard now. Let's see with the time if this repellent is better than others. However, I think, for simplicity of action this product is somehow "overengineered".

Sadly they did not work for me
I bought these to ward off pigeons. Sadly they did not work for me, but I can see that they may work for other people. I found they turn quite slowly if at all. I bought cheap children’s windmills at a fraction of the cost that spin at a million miles an hour when these are basically still. But these are very sturdy, a good design and last for a long time while the cheap ones don’t.

Only for those with keen eyesight
OK, you can take a photo with your phone and zoom in, but the (photo only) instructions for putting them together and *impossibly small* and difficult to follow. I assume that's what has resulted in two of my three windmills resolutely refusing to rotate in even strong winds. Disappointing to say the least.

Instructions could be a little more specific

Instructions should be in bigger print
It was almost impossible to see the direction pictures and consequently it took far longer than I had hoped to assemble
