I used to only buy Milton fittings. Now - at least for the chuck- this Coilhose is my favorite. I was heading for a nice Prevost safety chuck since I'd heard good things about them, but ended-up with the Coilhose and I honestly couldn't be happier. Absolutely effortless to engage/disengage a fitting. I mean, when was the last time any of us smiled when we used an air chuck?? Best of all, no air leak. None! BTW, safety chucks are a huge improvement over the old style. Once you try one ya just roll your eyes and feel compelled to replace all your other chucks. Yeah, the old style works and served us well for 50 years... but these new safety chucks are just plain sweet. If you like good tools, you'll like this chuck.

A super sturdy and easy-n-safe to use accessory that eventually replace all couplers in our shops. Amazon had the nations best prices on these, making the retrofit of our entire shop with these affordable. Since then, 0 (zero) air-hose accident/incidents. They are only 1/2 inch longer than the standard fittngs, and we found that users with small, or ailing hands had no problem manipulating the push back sleeve to apply the safety. The very audible discharge lets even the most deaf know that the line is clear and safe to detach, wish we had found these years ago. Never going back to ordinary brass couplers, weve been spoiled by slick-looking easy safety Coilhose brand/configured couplers!

I love this thing. it eliminates the back pressure you have to fight whenever putting a new air tool on the hose or taking it off. This particular one is not for your typical air hose you would have in the home garage. the fitting is too large. but you can go to any hardware store and get an adapter so itll fit your typical 1/4 npt threads. and being that it can accept 5 types of quick air hose adapters, no mater which one you have, this will work. Great product. if i had more than one air hose in the shop i would get more.

I really appreciate the easy connection and disconnect under pressure! This quick disconnect item is of really good quality. Most disconnect items can be challenging to disconnect but, not this one! I highly recommend this quick disconnect item!

For the price, these are great. Now my kids can connect and disconnect pneumatics easily and safely to airlines. I've used the very expensive versions in work settings, which I wanted to buy, but were cost prohibitive. I found these, gave one a try and then bought another I liked the first one so much. I'll be putting these on all my hoses from now on, but if quality holds up it could be a while before I replace these again.

I can't believe I didn't buy this earlier. I have arthritis. I had a hard time using the quick release with my deformed hands. So, I didn't use the small compressor I had because of the pain and difficulties. This product is a life saver. It makes changing air tools a snap. I can even do it with one hand. I have used my compressor so much more with ease. I even bought one for a friend with the same problem. They love it also. The product seems to be quality built at a great price. Very happy with this purchase.

The overall concept is good, however once you energies one side its likely to be shorted out because of poor insulation of the rails.

The listing states not to abuse them. I got them at the end of my service hoses and abuse the crap out of them. Sand will hurt them but I have cleaned them with success. When they start acting up, Clean and lube usually does the job. Most of my tools have the long Lincolns but I have used 3 different short couplings with no issues. I love them.

Not much to say, this is a pretty specific product that does one job and does it very well: makes connecting and disconnecting the hoses and accessories so easy!
