Doesn't dry my mouth out unless used after brushing my teeth at night. Has really cleared up the gums around the 1 problem I have. Last dentist visit was good!

I’m prone to cavities and I have morning breath so sometimes my breath isn’t the best and this stuff works wonders. No more bad breath in the morning and my mouth feels lighter and more clean. It is true the pour spouts are a little defective, for me the clear liquid doesn’t come out of its spout BUT it’s not as difficult as some reviewers are making it sound. If you’re having problems just place your index finger tightly over the green side to allow the clear liquid to come down and do the exact same thing with the clear side to extract the green liquid.

This mouthwash really works well! The only bad part is the packaging, which is frustrating at best and plain doesn't work at worst. Would FAR rather need to unstopper each side and pour them independently into the mixing cup vs trying in vain to pour both at the same time and just making a mess while not getting even amounts (the green side NEVER flows equally to the clear side). Fix the awful packaging and this would be 5 stars.

First, I have used Listerine forever... it masks bad breath for awhile, but it's still there. This stuff eliminates it for 12 hours (and mostly eliminated for the next 12). Use it in the morning and before bed, you won't even have bedroom breath in the morning. The spout that comes with this thing should be thrown away. It leaks no matter what you do. Just put the cap/cup under the edge of the two bottle tops and tip it in; no leaks. Occasionally, if only one liquid comes out at first, plug that side with your thumb and tip again to pour just the side you need. Thank you for curing my halitosis, nothing else works!

After using this product about ten years, I am abandoning it. This new container has replaced the much more convenient two-bottle pump system. It cuts their costs and improves their profit margins ...for awhile, until revenue disappears on them. I'm not going to go into the significant negatives of this new design (which are well-discussed in other reviewers comments), simply because I no longer care. The cumbersome new bottle has forced me back into studying the best mouthwashes and I have found several that are superior to SmartMouth. Try TheraBreath Plus (on Amazon). For those that plan to continue to use this: watch the ingredients carefully. We have all seen the pattern, once it begins like this, where a good selling product is gradually ruined to hit corporate profit targets. This has now begun with SmartMouth. You should expect to see critical ingredients being replaced over the next few years as the orders are given to wring costs out of the product. As further proof of the turn in SmartMouth's marketing ploys, they have now hyped their product to work for 24 hours, which is double their previous claim. This is an unadulterated lie. Go on the Web and try to find ANY legitimate study (those studies based upon facts, not opinions) that show ANY mouthwash to last more than 4-6 hours. Think about it: do you think ANYTHING stays in your mouth for 24 hours?! When you eat, you not only wipe away anything in there, but you add nutrients to the bacteria that accumulate there. Read the small print and you will see that, basically, tell you to use this 3-4 times per day to get even close to 24 hours. Do that, and it will cost you $15 every couple of weeks. SmartMouth can no longer be trusted.

I had occasional bad breath, and I've tried lots of things. Got checked out by a dentist & doctor, then I heard from someone that this was a 'game changer'. Well, it certainly does the trick. Outrageously expensive at €41 per bottle, whereas I got a four pack for the same price on the US site (brought back by a friend).

I bought this SmartMouth mouthwash and it works exactly as advertised. The dual‑solution system takes a second to get used to, but the results are great — fresh breath that actually lasts. It doesn’t burn, it’s easy to use, and it’s become part of my daily routine. A bit pricier than regular mouthwash, but definitely more effective.
