I have been using the ear phones all the place using them constantly.Comfort: the comfort is really good and stay on your ears when jogging! I personally use them when I am playing basketball and I have no problems at all. They stay in my ears and I can hear the music perfectly.Sound: the quality is just as good a Sony or bunny ear phones. The bass is intense and just what you'd expect.
