Product is good and has brand value. But they did not send the warranty card along with the product. Contacted Amazon customer service. Quick and helpful. But Amazon couldn't arrange for getting the warranty card. When I contacted CERA HQ, through email, they just perfunctorily replied that I can take a printout from the soft copy! When I reminded them my purpose, they said I have to contact only the seller. Amazon does not provide the phone number or email id of the seller. Then how do we contact the seller? By writing letters? One option is to return the product which I don't like. One suggestion to Amazon - it can integrate product registration, a must for claiming warranty, (on expiry of return period) with a customized software which will benefit all Amazon customers.

It is a tiny tap suitable for small attached bathrooms. It worked well for four years, but now started leaking. Bought another one. Overall good product and worth the price.

I bought it for my kitchen and it works really good, it is made of high quality glossy finished steel. It has a dust filter at the end and if your water is too dirty then the speed of flow will get reduced due to dirt collecting in the filter so you need to clean it periodically. The flow of water is perfect and smooth, but of course assuming there is not much dirt in the water. If you want you can remove the filter and the flow becomes even higher.

Bought at Rs 584 and just installed it. Finishing quality is superb. Size is small but flow speed is good. It has 15 years warranty on faucet. Price is little high. Quarter turn bib cock is best suitable for its easy operation and economic water consumption.
