EdupressTeacher Created Resources Sight Word Splat! Game, Grades 1 to 2

Fun game. It's designed for the classroom, but it works for us at home too. I like that there are differing levels to work through. The packaging could be better for storage, but that's not that big of a deal.

This game is so much fun! Got this for my 5th grade nephew to help him remember his multiplication & it truly has helped! Even us adults love playing because, let's be honest, doing multiplication without a calculator is not fun lol so we all really have to remember things we haven't done in years. This review is long, but I'm telling you, get these cards! He rolled his eyes in the beginning because according to him, "it's not a game, it's math," but now he's begging to play! Purchased the addition & subtraction versions as well for the 1st grader :)

Great for reviewing math facts

This is a valuable tool to help children learn they are sight words. And it is a fun way to learn and they enjoy the game.

Played with my daughter and she loved it.

So far, my fourth grader and first grader love this game and don’t consider it math practice! There’s an answer card (a number) and you have to check your hand to see if you have the matching equation. We’ll play this over the summer to maintain math facts!

This is my 4th set of cars 2 with Math and two with language all different. I use them from Grades 2-5 and the students love them. It is like a playing Bingo in a different format. The Math Multiplication I have used all three color levels and it has enabled my students in the lower grades to use different methods to find their answers (repeated addition/ what math fact do you know and build your answer from there) and still win the game... Great product.
