I got turned on to Thann shampoo when I would stay at Marriotts. It was hard to find, but fortunately Amazon started carrying it off and on. The "detoxifying" formula is the one from the hotel. It's redd-ish in color and is translucent. This is the "Extra-Shine" formula, which is gold-ish in color , not-translucent , and a bit thicker in consistency. The pleasing scent is exactly the same, which is the big draw here (at least for me). It also works great, leaves your hair manageable, though I can't tell if it's shinier than any other shampoo I've tried. Either formula works for me.

This stuff works well and my hair feels great after shampooing, but very expensive!

This feels like a very luxe product, my hair feels healthier and has more volume.

This product is one of the best hair care products I've ever used! I was a cosmetologist early in my career and the first time I used this at the hotel I stayed in, I knew I had to have more. Aside from the quality of the product and the shine of the companion conditioner, the smell is addictive and you'll need more as soon as you return home. A bit pricey but oh how lovely it is!

I think they adjusted the formula so it's not quite as aromatic, but still it is not bad if you like a foresty wood smell when you wash up....

Nice lather but nothing special, was sold on what I read about the scent… very little scent and not citrus ..

As expected

I consider it a treat to use this shampoo. It smells good, and a small amount is more than enough to clean my hair.
