I am extremely disappointed with the product quality. The fan stopped working within a year, and the company's customer support has been unhelpful. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they've resorted to delay tactics, citing excuses like a burnt PCB without even inspecting the product. The lack of after-sales support is appalling, and the product's short lifespan is a testament to its poor quality. Edit after motnh of follow up with rr signature customercare motor replaced and fault restored. No pcb used.now fan working fine.
