I saw the product on Amazon and read all description. As a guideline for deciding size of boots, the seller gives a chart. Accordingly my foot is 26.3cms so I must order size 8 which I did. The seller sent me size 9 but actually even size 9 is too tight and I cannot insert my feet in boots. The seller does not mention that this product is non-returnable. When I notice that size 9 is useless for me I tried to exchange this product. At this juncture I learn that product id non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Thus I feel I am cheated by Amazon through Allen Cooper. Boots remain useless with me. Even the quality is substandard as the leather cracked powder keeps fallinf off from boots. Please arrange to either return my money for this or at least exchange the boots to size 10. It will resore the trust in Amazon.

This is a great shoe for light duty work, but if your job requires you to wear steel toe shoes for long periods of time, it’s best to get something with better support for your foot. The provided insole is very basic and I replaced it immediately, with a positive effect on foot comfort. Regardless, for longer periods of time and if you have to stand for that time, this shoe may not be for you.Build quality is robust, I do not polish or clean my shoes and while they have wrinkled a little there seems to be no compromise in performance.

I have ordered these shoes based on positive feedback from one of my colleagues. Firstly, thanks to amazon for timely delivery. The product was delivered with the same company packed box without any additional packing, of course that doesn't matter to me.At first look, product looks original and unused with all the brand tags intact and the shoes are exactly as shown in the pictures. Shoes comes with high ankle built which are comfortable when worn, contrasting color of the sole has enhanced aesthetics of the product. Thanks to Allen Cooper for complimentary free size socks and shoe polish.Overall product is a good choice in view of safety aspects incorporated, comfort, looks and value for money.

I have ordered it for my companies maintenance staff, my first order was 8 pairs and it was 10 months ago.I just placed another order for an extra pair.The quality of the shoes speak for it self. Very durable, rough and tough.Its made out of leather ish material so i would suggest not getting this if you are working in a damp or watery area.Shoe is hard but comfortable with nice solid sole with nice grip.Very good for people who work with electric stuff, Heavy loading and unloading jobs.Over all a good quality shoes that will last you long enough for you to praise the quality.
