This shake does taste good, but it's primary ingredient is coconut milk powder so if you don't like coconut flavor you might find it over powering. I like it. Two things to remember is to to blend it really well in the blender because in a hand shaker it doesn't emulsify well and is a bit thin. Alternatively you could let it sit for five minutes and it gets thicker. If you're on Keto you can use cream instead of milk. With water it is less rich tasting. I like the crunchy chia seeds. It is packed well in a double plastic packet to avoid moisture getting in. Overall a nice shake and convenient for when you haven't planned a meal or if hunger suddenly strikes.

I began Keto this march, so got choco and vanilla flavour stock. Not that tasty defenitely, but stomach feels full till lunch.It has very very very low sugar and carbs, hence can't expect very good taste defenitely. But over couple a week, I was able to see difference in my weight, that +ve feel kept me continuing. In ~3 months(lockdown, but I had good stock of it) my BMI went normal.Dont take it wrong that this product will make you lose weight, ofcourse it depends on your full day meals. This 1 smoothie for breakfast defenitely supports Keto.

Horrible taste. I won't buy it again. Bland, no taste of chocolate, coconut is overpowering

This powder has a weird coconut Taste..blended it with water n it just couldn’t go down n had to throw it..I have 9 pouches remaining..total waste

No stars actually from my side. Tastes pathetic and leaves an odd taste. Wouldn’t recommend it.

It was one of the worst keto product i have tasted. I have all the packets lying with me and i just cannot consume them ..yuck . I did not buy it from Amazon but directly from company . I would advise just skip this one . Not worth it even for 1/4th the price .
