Definitely there is need for all persons who have an active lifestyle and do workout it is more important than whey as whey protein have 80-85% effective substitute as egg whites but casein protein which gets slowly digest all over night has no substitute mix it in non fat or double toned milk and drink it with 1-2 tab of fish oil before going to bed

Looks genuine product to me. Flavour is great and benefitting from it. Its a slow digesting caseine protein so, would recommend it to take in night before you sleep..

Good flavour and thickness. Maxibility as per casein is also good. After taking this before bed feeling no or very little body pain in the morning.Reviewing after 5 days of usage. Overall satisfied

Tastes a bit like medicine but good than a raw raste, mixes good. Can't say about the protein content.
