This product works just as described and is amazing
This product works just as described and is amazing. I used it, according to the instructions, to repair very rusty outdoor patio furniture. Six chairs and a table went from being ready to break to ready to be used for many years. It works very quickly and is as hard as steel. It adheres like the strongest glue. I would use it again.

This stuff is easy to apply and works well.
Have used the SteelStiks mostly for extending the life of old auto exhaust systems. It plugs up decent sized holes and can act as a method of "fusing" two exhaust pipes back together when a break occurs. No exhaust repair lasts forever (except maybe if you have a welder) but these SteelStiks have extended the life of many an exhaust system. You tear off the amount needed for the repair, kneed the epoxy putty until thoroughly mixed then press and apply. The putty begins to harden somewhat quickly so don't dawdle. You can apply new putty atop old putty as well.Have used SteelStiks for temporary repairs to water pipes/lines as well as other metal lines (except brake lines). We keep a couple of Stiks around for just such occasions until you can get replacement parts etc. Also keep 1-2 in the vehicles if/when the need arises.

Weld metal from a tube
This is a great product! I've used it on various steel mending projects when a welder was not available. Very pliable and sets quickly. I suggest you wear latex gloves when using.

Effective Solution for Repair Needs
This is a really great product because of its versatility and strength. The fact that it's safe for contact with water and resistant against chemicals makes it a go-to for many of my repair tasks. I love that it can be sanded, drilled, and tapped once it cures, which only takes about an hour. Plus, you can mold and shape it to fit your specific needs. The one thing that could be improved would be its adhesion on certain surfaces, but it's a minor gripe compared to all its benefits.

Worked great
I read the negative reviews but for me, this stuff stuck very well to two corroded pieces of metal and dried rock hard. It’s definitely a permanent fix in this case.

Its works like arc welding!
excellent, very good product! You can glue down gauges on a tractor or equipment. This will rip off with paint.attached!!!! If you choose to use it on a painted surface, just keep that in mind. It won't just fall off!Its very, very strong.

Fixed a Broken Toro Mower Handle Like a Champ
I have a very good albeit older 22" Toro recycler mower that has a broken handle. I didn't have a welder and I didn't want to take it to be welded. I had heard that JB Weld was pretty good so I gave it a try.I followed the instructions, kneaded a small piece and jammed it into the broken part of my handle. I let it set for 5 minutes and cure for 2 days. I used the mower for an hour today and the "weld" held like you would hope. There was no play in the handle at all. A new Toro handle was going to cost me well over $100 plus labor to take the Personal Pace apart. For a few dollars I accomplished the same thing. This stuff works. I even tried to break the weld, but I could not do it. Highly recommended.

Purchased many times - flawed
I’ve purchased this product which I love many times before for specific jobs. Last couple times it failed, I purchased a tube of the Steel Stick from Lowe’s and after mixing it got very warm and worked impeccably. In short the just tried another batch purchase here and it doesn’t warm up leading me to believe something is not right - maybe aged? Bummer as I like to get them delivered vs running 20 minutes away to the store.
