My favorite inexpensive epoxy to use when pillar bedding rifle stocks.
This is my favorite compound to use when glass bedding a rifle stock. This epoxy is inexpensive compared to other brands, has a good amount of product, and is so easy to use even a caveman could do it. If used judiciously as directed, leakage and messiness is minimal. This product dries hard, and has a dark gray appearance when dry. Be aware that if your spouse is as sensitive to strong smells as mine is, you might have to use this outside or in a detached garage. My wife hates the smell of this stuff when wet. Use lots of release agent and make sure that you apply this stuff where you want it otherwise once dry this stuff is hard, and takes some effort to grind off or cut unless using power tools.

Saved My Patio Table – Works Amazingly Even Near Salt Water!
I used J-B Weld SteelStik (1 Hour Cure, Steel Reinforced) to repair massive rust holes in my patio table that sits right next to a saltwater pool. With kids constantly using the table while soaking wet, the metal had corroded badly, and I thought for sure I’d have to toss it and spend $1500 on a new patio set.Thankfully, this product saved the day!It was incredibly easy to use—just knead, apply, and wait. It cured in about an hour, just as promised, and once set, it was rock-solid. It bonded well even on heavily rusted areas, and after sanding and painting over it, the repairs are barely noticeable.I’m genuinely impressed with how tough and reliable this stuff is, especially given the challenging environment with moisture and salt exposure. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with rust damage—this little tube saved me a lot of money and hassle!

Love almost lost
JB, is it Ok if I call you that? I’ve gotta be honest, I’ve wanted you ever since I first laid eyes on you. When you showed up at my door, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on you! But, after rolling you around in my fingers and using you, I gotta say, after an hour you were still soft. I thought you were supposed to be “Mr. 5 minutes”. But I’ve come to realize it’s not you, it’s me. No really, I didn’t handle things right. If I had read the instructions, I would have realized that the sides and the middle of the putty roll are different. I had just been pinching some from the sides. Once I learned to take a pinch or a slice from across the whole tip and roll that around in my fingers to mix it well, everything worked even better than expected. It’s simple to use and hard in 5 minutes, exactly as described. Just make sure to slice off the amount of putty you need. That way you’ll get equal amounts of gray putty from the middle and black putty from the sides.

Good sealant to prevent rust
Use to fix the rust on my dishwaser rack. It is easy to use, and strong enough for sealing the rusty end. Better wear glove when mixing the dough, since it corrodes hand surface skin. Be safe using it.

A miracle for me. Fixed iron statue.
I have very old statuary. One of my prized statues is an Asian tang horse. He stands almost 4 feet. He had a terrible accident. One leg broken at hip, one leg at ankle ☹️. I had little hope but always try. I was amazed. The epoxy needs to be worked quickly. As soon as the color is true… GO. If it feels warm in your hands too late. He is repaired. I will protect him more than ever. He is up. On his feet. And I was able to use acrylic paint to cover his repairs. He is cast iron and very old. Thank you for this amazing product. It saved my favorite piece. ❤️.

I regret not buying and discovering this earlier in life. Works wonders. Let it cure for well before using. It does smell horrible. So be warned and dont eat it.

Did not hold for us.
We used this to reattach a 3 inch muffler on a truck in the back hanging area since the weld broke. While we felt this would be a temp fix, it did not last. In arizona dry heat , it sat for 2 days to dry and was held up temporarily to secure the mix but once we drove after thinking it was secured, it did not and muffler was bouncing again. Maybe my application was tough much but I'll stick with real weld for this issue I have
