Excellent taste n flavor. Extremely fresh have ordered again n extremely good

Fresh and full of flavour. They are quite expensive but well worth it and are highly nutritious. They are an excellent source of vital fats and omega 3 ALA. As a heart patient I have them every day, regardless of the cost . They have brought down my cholesterol levels.

This product, manufactured by brand ‘Urban Platter’, is ‘American Pecan Nuts’. The ‘Pecans’ received are not ‘seasoned’, flavoured, ‘roasted’, or ‘toasted’. While it has been suggested that the ‘Pecans’ can be sprinkled over ‘Salads’ and/or ‘Baked’ into ‘Desserts’, I decided to consume them as received: albeit 1-2 per day. The ‘Pecans’ differed slightly from one another in terms of size and width. None of them emitted any ‘odour’. On the product’s outer packaging, the ‘Pecans’ have been described as a ‘Pure Nutty Delight’ with an ‘Unrivalled Flavour’. Upon taste, I felt that the ‘Pecans’ were reminiscent of ‘Soaked Walnuts’ in terms of texture and flavour, whilst maintaining their own ‘identity’. ‘Soaked Walnuts’ (i.e soaked in plain room-temperature water for a few hours prior to consumption) often deliver on a creamy texture and a distinct ‘nutty’ flavour. They are quite different from ‘unsoaked Walnuts’: as the ‘astringent’ feel associated with the latter tends to ‘disappear’ post-soaking. The slight ‘buttery’ mouthfeel typically associated with ‘Pecans’ was experienced in parallel, accounting for the ‘key’ factor differentiating it from a ‘Walnut’. My parents recently prepared warm ‘Kheer’ at home, with ‘Pecans’ among other ingredients. They found themselves quite pleased with this utilization of the ‘Pecans’. Having absorbed the ‘liquid’ of the ‘Kheer’ very well, the ‘Pecans’ had become even more flavourful. Overall, this product is worth the purchase.
