Soy protein is a complete protein. This MFF Soy protein isolate has neutral flavor and mixes with many common food. I use it with fruit smoothie and it gives a creamy nice texture to the smoothie. Since i am vegan, i enjoy this texture making very smoothies similar to milk shake.If you are a vegan and looking for replacement for (milk) creamy texture, this is the right product.

Good macros, but legitimately the most disgusting taste I've ever come across in any protein shake, whether with milk or with water. If you want a cheap unflavored soy protein powder, do not buy from them.The powder itself is incredibly granular, creating a cloud of dust every time you open the packet. The measuring cups are made of some flimsy plastic that bends under the weight of the powder. The taste, however, is the worst part of it. Incredibly plasticky with a bitter aftertaste. Neither honey nor coffee have managed to hide the taste yet.Deeply regret ordering it. Unfortunately, opened all the packets I bought to transfer them into a container, so no scope of returning even a few.Please don't buy this.

This tastes pretty terrible. It tastes and froths like soap which makes me suspect what gets used to make this. Also, the powder is really fine and easily spills everywhere. I'm fairly sure it's safe since it's approved by the regulatory authority. Wouldn't recommend this. Their chocolate flavored Pea Protien is much better..

It's one of the best protein supplements i ever had. The taste isn't its specialty because it's in its purest forms. Its quality is what you will feel after taking it. This Soy protien gives me instant energy as a preworkout and is absorbed very easily. Enjoyed using it.

I purchase this product 2nd time. My wife is happy with this product. Easily digestable. 💯 Percent pure protein.

This is my first plant/ soy protein.The contents seem very good providing 31g protein per serving.Reason I mentioned horrible is because of its taste and mix ability. I first tried it in shaker with 200/250ml water and after shaking it turned out to be full 550ml!!! with all air trapped in it. I tried keeping it out to let the bubbles/ froth settle but it didn’t. Second is the taste! It’s not good at all! I couldn’t finish it. Because of air in the mixture you do pass gas and burp too.I improvised, tried mixing it with milk (Did not work properly in the cup) and whola! It was not full shaker this time. Very less air compared to mixing it with water and later I added some coco to it to taste better, now it is easily drinkable!Do note that powder is extremely fine and you will end up spilling splashing it around when taking a scoop out. They don’t even provide a plastic container. They come in pouches so opening and closing zip locks a task!You'll see in the pictures how just one scoop fills out the whole 550ml shaker when mixed with water.
