These really do hold things together well. Great in the car where there is a lot of vibration. The adhesive is strong, yet they come apart pretty easily.

I have bought other types of wall fasteners before, and eventually their adhesion lessens or it doesn't work from the get-go. These, however have the best adhesion available. My items no longer fall down. The adhesion is fantastic. Likewise, if you have to reposition the item or change a battery, let's say, you can do it, and then put your item back on the wall or wherever you have it placed. Because of the reclosable feature of the fasteners they continue to work indefinitely.

I have been trying to find a product to mount an under cabinet light (about 1 lb.) but so far nothing has adhered to the cabinet for more than a couple of days. This stuff is truly fantastic!! My only warning would be don't put it anyplace you expect to remove it from without damage -- it's that strong. As for me; my 3 lights are up, my wireless doorbell is up, and my keychain rack is up, hip hip hooray!

I bought this on a recommendation to install a fuse box under the hood of my side-by-side without drilling holes. I was very skeptical to say the least. It looked a lot like Velcro, and I thought there was no way it would hold things in place. While the concept is similar the Velcro, it's very different. For one think there aren't two different sides. It's all the same and made of a more sturdy plastic that locks together tightly. I was impressed and used the leftover bit to stick a couple of other things I've been trying to get to stay put for a while. I'm guessing that if you're constantly taking the things on and off, the plastic would wear and loosen, but the things I used it for will be removed rarely to change batteries, etc. I'll be buying more.

These work great. Only problem is the adhesive isn't as strong as the fasteners, and gives way. Also, if you live in a state with Ipass or EZPass or some sort of open road tolling, you can get these at the toll booth. Illinois Just raised the toll rates, so you might as well stop and get the strips at the booth if you're already paying $1.50 per anyway.

Just what I was looking for, the nylon grips

Good stuff! Holds well even on objects that get warn where normal Velcro would melt and fall off. I have used this to attach a charging station to the back of my nightstand and for attaching the controller for my heated mattress pad to my headboard. Has held for a month now using only 1/2 a strip on each object (1-1/2" length). I have not yet tried to remove it from anything so could not say how that goes, but I am very happy with its holding power.

It is better than velcro. I use it for my EZPass device and for my parking permit hang tag. Why they keep making hang tags with a small hook is a mystery to me - - they don't fit on most rear view mirrors. Here is wear the fastener comes in. I put a strip on the hang tag and when I am not on the road, I attached the hang tag where I normally put the EZ Pass device. Keeps the hang tag visible and out of my view. It also allows me to quickly take down the hang tag when I don't need it or don't want others seeing it (it says where i work and where I park...).
