These are my favorite and my daughter calls them “Fish Bacon”. They aren’t overpowering and are a good source of protein and omegas on the go.

I expected jerky to have a better texture--this was a little mealy. But the flavor is good.

It's yummy but a little weird. You can tell this was molded from ground salmon. It's seems dishonest to me.

I'm a big fan of EPIC products and the brand as a whole. They source sustainable meats, they use quite clean ingredients, and that reflects on the quality and taste.The Smoked Maple Salmon Fillet combines wild caught salmon (best you can get) with the perfect flavor pairing: onion, garlic, dill. It's not too sweet, not too salty and it has the great salmon flavor I love. I like the chewy texture, but some might consider it too tough.The strips make a great on the go snack, except that the packaging is a pain to open... and it's greasy and smells like fish, but the taste is definitely worthwhile.

I admit I didn't read the ingredients before buying. However this tastes like old salmon with sugar and lard added. The quality of the salmon used is by far the worst I've ever tasted in a a jerky or smoked salmon. Looking at the ingredients it is 15-20% added sugar. On top of that they make the product very unhealthy by adding coconut oil (aka vegetarian super lard). So not only is this nasty but it's extremely unhealthy. I still have one left but since it's lower quality and far unhealthier than dog jerky I would never let my dog eat one. To confirm my suspicions I just offered it to my dog. The nasty smell of semi rotten salmon clearly turned her off. As expected she wouldn't eat it even if I let her. The company should be ashamed by tricking ignorant people and using 1 of the 2 oils far worse than lard.

Honestly when I first saw this in a TikTok I was kind of like eww who wants salmon jerky… Well I have a French bulldog who is allergic to most things. I had this amazing idea to buy them and cut them up for an amazing treat for him. CLEARLY this is people food soo as I was cutting the strips into pieces I was like ahh welll let me just try it. YALL I AM NOW ADDICTED. What even is “beef jerky” anymore because this salmon jerky is absolutely one of the best things I have ever eaten. The flavor combination of salty sweet (they are maple flavored) and savory hits all the craving notes. They are a little expensive not going to lie but it will not deter me from giving Epic all of my money. If you see considering it just buy them you won’t regret it.
