This product really helps with my shoulder pain. Just make sure you don't forget it anywhere you don't want to feel the burn. This is my second review because my first one was denied by some fake reason so hopefully this 1 will appear.

Highly recommend! This Cayenne Heat Ointment is the best on the market! A few years ago I had this dark mark under both my breasts that I had gotten from the bra I wore and I applied this heat ointment to it and within a few weeks the black mark was gone! My son has a knee injury from sports, he uses this whenever he needs relief! This ointment is made of the best quality... a little is all you need! It is very hot and works for hours. You can rub it on the night before and go out in the sun the following day and still find the area you put it on is on fire and you're questioning yourself why is that area on fire... then you'll remember, oh is the Cayenne! You have any type of poor circulation issue... this ointment will clear that up in no time! Swelling on your legs, no problem! Trust me... this ointment has a wide range of uses! 5 💫💫💫💫💫 stars!

I’ve used this product for many years. Originally found it at my local nutrition store. Because it was sold out for months my daughter told me about a new way to order products online “Amazon”. She looked it up, found it, ordered it, and it was delivered three days later. This product was my very first experience with Amazon. AWESOME!This product has helped me and my clients in amazing ways.Personally, I’ve had times when my pain had been so great one would consider going to emergency room. Instead I placed this product on the pain, wrapped the area with a towel, then went to bed... the next morning the pain was completely gone. Clients call it The Orange Miracle Ointment.At the current price I will keep buying it. It is an amazing product and the valuable relief is worth the cost.The price has been going up over the years. Like the Apple iPhone the increase in price is getting to a point that switching products is on my mind. At some point the companies will exceed the consumers willingness to pay. Current price point causes me to use this product sparingly. If price continues to increase I would be in the market for a replacement product.Next I’ll add cautions that works for me... note: these cautions are well worth consideration but does not outweigh the benefits.1) Be aware to not touch eyes or private areas after applying this product (don’t touch treated area and then touch eyes or privates / caution when using bathroom 🥵).2) If this product is causing a burning sensation do not apply water to cut the heat. Water makes it burn more. Instead apply an oil: Coconut oil, olive oil, etc...3) This product is orange. It will stain material. If placing product on shoulders for example... wearing a brown shirt (NOT WHITE) works well.Brown sheets on bed (NOT WHITE). This was recommended to me by a co worker. So far it seems to be helping me with pain in my hands and fingers. I do have to wear gloves or socks over my hands because this stuff does burn a little and you do not want to touch your eyes or any of your pets. I use it at night before I get into bed. I gave it four stars due to the "not being able to touch anything after applying" - if applying to your hands. If you are in the shower the next day after applying the ointment longer then 10 minutes the area where you applied will start to burn a little as well - in my experience. Seems to work though. I will continue to use it.

I had been getting cortisone shots in my knee. And since using this with the bone and tissue rub, no shots. This works for me. And I honestly love the way it smells.
