A good quality, value for money and tasty addition to either your pre or post workout routine. Mixes very well with water or milk.

Really pleased with Amino Fuel — it tastes great, mixes easily with water, and doesn’t leave any chalky residue. The amino acid blend is well balanced and gives you everything you need to support recovery and performance during workouts. I’ve found it helps reduce muscle soreness and keeps me feeling more hydrated during training. Excellent value for the quality.

I've noticed this absolutely helps with my recovery after an intense workout. I'm not as sore as I would be when I don't take it during or after I finished my session. I also use it as pre/in/post workout and it seems to be fuelling my muscle and helps me push past the wall that often builds up when fatigue sets in. The taste is great. Wasn't a fan at first but it works for me now. Make sure you mix it with plenty of water tough, for those who don't have a sweet tooth.

This stuff is SO sweet, even at half the suggested amount, that my teeth blurred and my eyes rang. Please note that I love sweet things, so this is odd. I'm diluting it to one third of the suggested amount and that sort of works, but I won't buy this flavour or brand again

I often think essential amino acids are overlooked as a workout supplement with most people concentrating purely on protein. I have tried various brands and flavours. Amino Fuel is easily mixed (one scoop with 500ml of water) and the Candy Ice Blast flavour is in my opinion very nice. It is refreshing and really does give an extra cool blast at the end of each sip/gulp. Price wise it is competitive and Applied Nutrition is a trustworthy company that guarantees quality.

Incroyable panaché de goût pour cette recette d'acide aminé au complet. Applied nutrition à mis le paquet dans cette version FUEL de très haut niveau. À consommer sans modération en intra-training ou le matin du lendemain d'un training.

This flavour Icy Blue Raz is really really sweet. And doesn't taste good. If you buy it I suggest a twist of lemon.
