This is the most affordable tri-colour quinoa on Amazon right now. I love the look of tri-colour, however plain creamy white is just as tasty and nutrious so I purchased both types from Sussex Foods.I am currently enjoying this with grilled red pepper, onion and garlic with some crumbled up walnuts and a chopped up boiled egg. Add whatever seasoning you like and serve warm or cold. Perfect as an on the go snack. I would recomommend adding it to rice or even replacing rice altogether with quinoa.Value for money is get the 1K bag, I cook approx 200g in one hit; rinse, bring to boil then switch off the heat, cover the pan for about 5 minutes then drain and allow to cool off. No need to boil fiercly for hours, literally the 5 mins sitting in just boiled water and its ready.
