L. Gasseri is active and tested to work
If you are not doing a milk test on your probiotic, you are wasting your money, it is the cheapest and easiest way to know if the bacteria in the supplement is alive. Take 1/4 cup of milk, 1/8 tsp of inulin, and a capsule; then keep it heated at 100°F for about 4 hours. This made fantastic yogurt.The down side is I am looking for the L. Gasseri strain BNR17 (SuperSmart uses the strain CNCM I-5076). Dr. Mercola Sells the BNR17 strain under "Biothin." However, Dr. Mercola did NOT make the best yogurt (it did make yogurt though, just very thin).

hmm.. Not sure..
I've been taking prebiotic and probiotic for over 10 years and have tried many different kinds. I would say 3 out of 10 worked for me. This one, I'm not sure. I'm on the second box and I'm still bloated and having lots of gas. I tried this one to see if it helps my weight loss but it hadn't help me yet either.

Amazing Probiotic
I bought this because I have been having stomach issues. Usually, probiotics cause me to get constipated, but this one did not. I couldn't wait to take it every day so because my stomach wouldn't hurt anymore, and I felt better. I am putting the name of the product in my description because sometimes reviews get mixed up. Outcomes is dependent on what you are using it for. In general, no major side effects and effective is prescribed correctly for your condition.

Truly helps stomach issues
This is my honest experience- it helps relieve stomach bloat, nausea and pain. I've only lost 5 lbs so idk about the weight loss claims, but I've been taking these for 2 months, maybe more will come later. However these are worth it just for the aid they render to my stomach. I take two every morning with an Activia yogurt drink. The couple times I forgot, I noticed the difference.
