i read - ALOT - i read EVERYTHING, and when i read some of the negative reviews on this product, i knew i HAD to give it a try - and let me tell ya folks - THIS STUFF WORKS WONDERS - it really does. the "bad" reviews said it "caused gas" - well of COURSE it did - it was doing some HOUSE-CLEANING. and although they may 'sorta' constipate a person, it's WORTH IT because it's doing it's job - it's detoxifying your guts - EAT A CAN OF SPINACH, and if that aint enough, drink a bottle of PRUNE JUICE, and i guarantee you will NOT be constipated. now listen; i'm 3/4-century old, and started having gut problems a few years ago - "diverticulitis" is HORRIBLE - i couldn't eat NUTS without them wreaking havoc on my guts, sometimes to a ridiculous extreme. WELL - one day i ran across an article talking about this stuff - so of course i had to try it - here's what i did: i took 6 the first day - 8 the next - staggered of course - not all at once. third and final day i only took 4 so i'd have plenty enough time between this detox and taking my doc prescribed meds. (i only take 2 md-meds) but here's the thing: this IS a DETOX - therefore, if you try to take your meds along with this stuff, it'll render your meds useless UNLESS you take your meds 2-hours BEFORE - or 2-hours AFTER you take these pills. i know two old folks like me who decided to try it after i "guinea-pigged" it, and they LOVE the results, as do i. SO - if you really and truly wish to DETOX your guts - use THIS STUFF. it's not a "colon-cleanse" - most of those things don't work anyway, but this is NOT THAT. this stuff detoxify's your guts, all the way through. i strongly suggest getting in as much as you can for 3 days. give it a couple to a few days, and do NOT be alarmed by black stools. it's charcoal, it's bound to cause darkening of the stool - no reason to be concerned. it's one of those; "sure can't hurt to try it" sorta things. i sure am glad i decided to give it a go. i'll always keep them for occasional detoxing.

Works like it should, puked my guts out in the morning as I was told it had health benefits… it will make you puke no doubt but I don’t know any benefits from that

Good stuff! Used for food poisoning prevention and recently gave it to my sister’s dog after eating chocolate. Great toxin remover.

Super easy to swallow and not too large in size. Unfortunately I can't take it anymore due to it potentially disabling the effects of my current medication which I didn't know beforehand (my fault) but definitely worth it if you don't have that issue!

This product does Work well. I like others have noticed that charcoal does tend to be constipating to our system. With that being said it is important to eat fresh fruits, vegetables and stay hydrated and take a daily stool softener, which helps. I like this product and would buy it again.

It's my understanding that this product is to help with acid reflux, so far not true..
