Have been working out and using proteins for 2 decades now and given the history can recognise a good product easily now. Mix ability for me rates even higher than taste as that’s what is critical for a good protein and this one is right their in top bracket. The great taste adds to the overall value. I wish it had more flavours like they have in other countries. I've tried the pista ice cream in Germany, It was amazing. It does not have it in India, plus they also have increased the price by 50% and reducing the quantity by 100 gms.

Uso le proteine Bulk da tempo e mi trovo davvero bene. Sono molto digeribili, non appesantiscono e non creano fastidi allo stomaco. Scelgo spesso il gusto neutro per non stancarmi dei sapori e perché si abbina facilmente a frullati o bevande diverse. Per quanto riguarda l’efficacia, mi sembrano lavorare bene sui muscoli, soprattutto in fase di recupero dopo l’allenamento. Le compro spesso perché offrono un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo e una composizione pulita. Le consiglierei senza problemi a chi pratica sport o vuole integrare le proteine in modo pratico e affidabile.

Tastes pretty awful and doesn’t mix very well in a shaker. I’ve had a lot of different whey proteins and this is one of the worst.
