This balsamic is thick, glossy, and properly syrupy in a way you just don’t get from supermarket bottles. The sweetness is rich rather than sugary, and there’s that rounded, almost raisiny depth that makes you want to drizzle it over everything—tomatoes, grilled veg, even vanilla ice cream if you’re that way inclined. A couple of things stood out. First, the viscosity isn’t just a gimmick; it actually makes it easier to control how much you pour and gives dishes a proper finish rather than soaking straight in. The flavour is concentrated enough that a tiny amount goes a long way, which makes the higher price feel more justified. If you’re used to the thinner, sharper options at the same price point, this feels like a completely different category. Overall, this is easily one of the best balsamics I’ve bought. Delicious, viscous, and noticeably superior to the supermarket offerings. I’m glad I picked it up when I did, and I’d absolutely buy it again.

Good, thick aged balsamic. It maybe doesn't have quite the flavour complexity of others I've tried, but still a million miles better than your standard supermarket balsamic

We were at the Giusti factory in Modena for a tour and only bought 3 small bottles. After retuning to UK I realised what a fool I was. Glad to find these on Amazon at the same price (but minus the shipping if ordering from the official website). These are amazing quality for enhancing grilled meats, drizzle on salads, etc.

So delicious, I have it in a bacon sandwich now as well as fish, salad etc. No other balsamic vinger I have tried comes close, always a repeat purchase worth the money.
